Maintenance in the summer season

• A daily walk-round and inspection of the property, and an extra check right after heavy rain or storms
• Checks for break-ins, insects, damp and water leaks, and that all windows and doors are locked
• Minor repairs, such as changing bulbs, testing devices and painting walls
• House cleaning and airing twice a week
• Weekly garden care: lawn, leaves, driveway
• Pool cleaning and maintenance, and emptying septic tanks
• Collecting post, reading water and electricity meters, paying the bills and sending them to you
• On call 24 hours a day

Maintenance in the winter season

• A weekly walk-round and inspection, with a report and photos or video sent to you by email
• An extra check right after heavy rain or storms
• Checks for break-ins, insects, damp and water leaks, and that all windows and doors are locked
• Checking the electricity, gas and water installations, and cleaning the fireplace
• Minor repairs, such as changing bulbs, testing devices and painting walls
• Weekly cleaning and airing to prevent mould, and window washing
• Garden care twice a month: mowing, trimming, planting and checking the irrigation
• Collecting post, reading meters, paying the bills and sending them to you
• On call 24 hours a day

Holiday rental management
